Explore the Sweet Possibilities of Cooking with Maple Syrup from the Finger Lakes Sweet Treat Trail

Sweet Treat Trail logoAugust 20, 2013 - Cayuga County, NY –  Cayuga County Community College will be offering a class this fall demonstrating the sweet possibilities of cooking with maple syrup!  Class participants will learn how to incorporate New York State Maple syrup and maple products from Smokey Hollow Maple Syrup, a member of the Finger Lakes Sweet Treat Trail.  Learn how to make appetizers, salads, soups and more from delicious local maple syrup.  The class is being taught by the Finger Lakes Sweet Treat Trail coordinator, Susan Marteney and will be held October 23, 2013 from 6:30-9:00 p.m. at Auburn Jr. High School.  For more details and to register call 315-294-8841.
