This exhibit looks beyond the traditional Women’s Suffrage narrative and explores the history behind the movement that made New York State such an important place in the fight for Women’s Suffrage. Featured themes include, Women’s Suffrage before 1848, Women’s Rights Activity up to 1848 and the Seneca Falls and Rochester Conventions, Pop Culture Suffrage, Anti-Suffrage, and Race and Diversity. *The exhibit will be at Wells College, 170 Main St, Aurora, NY 13026, on June 2 & 3. 6:00 PM.
