Salt of the earth restaurant is part of Nancy’s passion for the area that started from a very young age when she spent every summer on Cayuga Lake. Once introduced to the local wineries she fell in love with the craft and knew it would be a big part of her life. Her cultural experience helped broadened her palate and knowledge of wine pairing that she is excited to bring to salt of the earth.
