13 Local ‘Sweet Treat’ Producers to be Featured at Finger Lakes Sweet Treat Trail Kick-Off
May 6th at Theater Mack
May 4, 2016 – Auburn, NY - The 2016 Finger Lakes Sweet Treat Trail will kick-off on May 6th from 5 – 8 pm at Theater Mack behind the Cayuga Museum, 203 Genesee Street, Auburn as part of First Friday, a community open house coordinated by the Auburn Downtown BID. This farmer’s market style event is free and family-friendly, offering samples and tastings of locally produced baked goods, jams & jellies, honey and maple syrup from many of the 21 sweet spots on the Trail.
The following sweet treat producers will be offering free tastings of everything from local honey to delicious baked goods to ice cream and much more:

This year the Sweet Treat Trail will be open May 6 – November 26, covering three seasons of sweet treat goodies from tasty strawberries in June to crisp local apples through November.
Whether it’s honey or jam or homemade cookies made with locally grown and produced products, the Finger Lakes Sweet Treat Trail has something to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth!
The 2016 Finger Lakes Sweet Treat Trail Brochure & Pass to all of the participating sites as well as Trail buttons and tote bags will be available for pick up at the event so you can start planning your own personal tasty tour!
