Cayuga Lake Wine Trail

Cayuga Lake Wine Trail:  America’s First

The first organized and longest running wine trail in America, the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail was established in 1983 and since that time their wines have earned over 6,000 national and international medals.

Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes, the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail offers a unique blend of award-winning wines, scenic waterfalls, and local eateries welcoming visitors year -round.  Enjoy breathtaking views of Cayuga Lake and rolling vineyards while visiting the 16 wineries along the Trail.

The Cayuga Lake Wine Trail is well known for their exciting annual trail wide events such as Mardi Gras in February and Bacon on the Lakein in March as well as the events the individual wineries host.

Cayuga County has two wineries on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail:

Long Point Winery just south of the historic village of Aurora sits on 72 acres of land overlooking beautiful Cayuga Lake, treating guests to not only fine wines but spectacular views!

Treleaven by King Ferry Winery has been crafting fine vinifera wines and proprietary blends since 1988 including Chardonnay, Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Gewurztraminer and Meritage.
