Tour Cayuga Names Hilary Fenner as Director of Marketing and Sales

AUBURN, NY – October 2nd

Tour Cayuga, the official tourism promotion agency for Cayuga County, is excited to announce Hilary Fenner as its new Director of Marketing and Sales. Hilary will lead marketing campaigns and group sales efforts to attract visitors, support local businesses, and strengthen community partnerships throughout the county.

Hilary brings extensive experience in tourism and economic development. As Executive Director of the Skaneateles Area Chamber of Commerce and Skaneateles Foundation, she led marketing initiatives that dramatically expanded digital engagement, grew social media followings, and increased tourism revenue.

She also oversaw high-profile community events, developed innovative marketing campaigns, and built strong partnerships across public and private sectors.

Beyond marketing, Hilary is deeply committed to community engagement, serving on the New York State Tourism Industry Association Board and volunteering with multiple local organizations. Her collaborative approach and strategic vision align seamlessly with Tour Cayuga’s mission to showcase Cayuga County’s rich history, natural beauty, and vibrant businesses while fostering responsible and sustainable tourism.

Hilary holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Social Research from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She resides in Skaneateles, NY, and brings a strong passion for marketing, tourism, and community development to her new role.
