At Auburn Bagel Company, it’s all about the bagels! With only five simple ingredients and no preservatives, our New York style bagels are baked frequently in small batches to ensure they are hot and fresh all day long. Without compromise, we use the highest quality ingredients and mix them with the best water in the world. Cold-fermented for twenty-four hours, kettle-boiled and baked until crisp and golden, our mouthwatering bagels may be enjoyed alone or with your favorite schmear. Auburn Bagel Company started in 2024 to fill a niche that was missing from the Finger Lakes culinary landscape, freshly baked NYC style bagels.

All of our baked-goods are produced in-house and our Coffee Cake and Brownie are gluten-free, as well as our most popular sweets.
