Meet the Tour Cayuga Staff

At Tour Cayuga, our team is passionate about sharing the beauty, history, and hospitality of Cayuga County. From promoting local businesses and attractions to creating experiences that inspire visitors and residents alike, we work together to highlight what makes our community special. Each member of our staff brings unique skills, dedication, and a love for this place we call home, helping us build connections, welcome travelers, and support the future of tourism in Cayuga County. Meet the staff who make it all happen.

Courtney Kasper
Executive Director

Courtney brings over 15 years of experience in tourism, cultural heritage, and community engagement. She has a professional background in journalism and nonprofit organizations. Many of you may know her from her work as Visitor Experience Manager at the NYS Equal Rights Heritage Center, where for seven years she championed inclusive programming, lead the City of Auburn’s Historic and Cultural Sites Commission, and helped build strong partnerships across our region and state. A native of Alabama, Courtney has lived in Cayuga County for more than a decade; she is proud to call the Finger Lakes home. We know Courtney will continue to strengthen tourism as a community driver and carry our mission forward with fresh energy and vision..

Marketing and Group Sales Director

“I am thrilled to be joining Tour Cayuga as the Director of Marketing and Sales. Together with the Tour Cayuga Team, I look forward to supporting our community partners and promoting the diverse experiences and opportunities available throughout Cayuga County.”


Hilary holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Social Research from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She resides in Skaneateles, NY, and brings a strong passion for marketing, tourism, and community development to her new role.

Dawn Lubaszewski
Marketing Assistant

A lifelong resident of Auburn, NY, Dawn Lubaszewski has been working in the marketing world for over 20 years, and likes to say that her superpower is fitting a full page of text into just a quarter page. Serving as Tour Cayuga’s Marketing Assistant since 2021, Dawn has been instrumental in implementing and improving many of the office’s campaigns. She believes strongly in the importance of listening and respecting individuals, stressing the importance of working for an organization where all employees are valued and treated with respect. 

When she’s not hard at work, Dawn loves to bake, cook, and travel. Her travel go-to’s are finding a small cafe, enjoying local cuisine, and people watching. She’s a passionate home baker and cook, and enjoys spending time with her family and her two rescue dogs.

Noah Howard
Public Relations Manager

Noah Howard brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, tourism, and public engagement to the Cayuga County Office of Tourism. Before returning to his Finger Lakes roots, he spent two decades with the Olympic Regional Development Authority in Lake Placid, promoting world-class venues and outdoor recreation in the Adirondacks. He also guided whitewater rafting trips on the Hudson River, an experience that shaped his passion for adventure and stewardship.

In his current role as Public Relations Manager for the office of tourism, Noah focuses on sharing Cayuga County’s stories with visitors, highlighting the region’s natural beauty, cultural offerings, and deep history of social progress. A longtime student of history and community engagement, he believes in the power of storytelling to inspire connection and understanding.

Lynne Sweet
Office Manager

Longtime resident of Auburn, Lynne Sweet has 35 years of experience in Country Club Front House Management. In addition to being a Certified Club Manager through the Club Management Association of America, Lynne has also served as a Wedding and Special Event Organizer with hundreds of successful events in the books. Since joining the Tour Cayuga team in 2023 as Office Manager, Lynne has built relationships with the office’s partners, tabled at events, distributed collateral, attended conferences—and otherwise kept the office running successfully. 

In her free time, Lynne loves to visit the Adirondacks and spend time in the woods. 

She is new to tourism – and loves it!
