New Hope Mills will also offer a 4 p.m. mill tour during the pop-up. A small fee applies for the tour.
“We’re excited to introduce our Sweet Treats for the Trail this year — the Freedom Stack and our Old Glory Mill Shake — during the pop-up. The Freedom Stack layers New Hope Mills pancakes with fresh red and blue berries and a decadent cream cheese filling,” said Dawn Korbel, New Hope Mills Marketing Director. “The Old Glory Mill Shake blends refreshing Purity ice cream with vanilla, strawberry, and blueberry for a festive red, white, and blue treat. The 4:00 p.m. mill tour will also be a special, limited-space opportunity for guests to get a behind-the-scenes look at our story and process.”

The Finger Lakes Sweet Treat Trail is a self-guided tour of bakeries, cafés, farm stands, ice cream shops and other dessert-focused stops across Cayuga County. The trail was created to encourage residents and visitors to explore local businesses while celebrating our agricultural roots. As New York’s top-producing agricultural county, Cayuga County is home to the farms, makers, bakers and food businesses that help shape the region’s local flavor.
The Sweet Treat Trail Pop-Up at New Hope Mills is free to attend. For more information about the Finger Lakes Sweet Treat Trail, visit TourCayuga.com.
