Dugan’s Country Grill is located in scenic Cayuga County. Conveniently situated near both Wells College and MacKenzie Childs, they serve up the best breakfasts and comfort food in Upstate New York. Menu selections are chosen with only the freshest and heartiest ingredients from local farms and served up hot and delicious! The walls are decorated with pieces of art showcasing the farms and vineyards in the area. The art work has become a talking point amongst the diners.

Meet the owner…

Owner Michael Dugan is a  Culinary Institute of America graduate. After graduating from the CIA in 1992, he served as a chef at the Ritz-Carlton in Boston before he was transferred to Aspen, Colorado, and later to Laguna Beach, California. He spent four years at The Peninsula Beverly Hills (California) and four years at the Four Seasons in Newport Beach, California, before moving closer to his home in Webster, N.Y., cooking at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. But he wanted to run his own restaurant, and his uncle happened to own a farm in Scipio that had an old tavern on the premises, The Silver Dollar Saloon. This was the beginnings of Dugan’s Country Grill! Mike surmised that much of his customer base would be made up of the nearby farmers, so he crafted Dugan’s to cater their needs.

Dugan’s Country Grill, offer hearty portions of country style comfort food at a great price. From breakfast basics and specialty plates to lunch and dinner favorites covering everything from hot and cold sandwiches to prime rib specials. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert, Mike prepare freshly baked pies made from locally sourced fruits. And one more thing there is a full service bar that serves the usual along with signature cocktails. Their menu is bound to delight everyone in your family.
