Six breweries. Six exclusive collaboration beers. Ten days of lobster!

🦞Over the past several months, we’ve teamed up with our friends from EVIL TWIN BREWING Foam Brewers Hudson Valley Brewery Mast Landing Brewing Co. Other Half Brewing and Trillium Brewing Company to create six one-of-a-kind collaboration beers for our annual Lobster Week event. Each brew is a true mashup and collaboration, from the label art to the recipes, thoughtfully combining elements of our Lobster series with a beer that represents a flagship beer from each brewery. The result is six completely unique beers that could only happen through lengthy conversations and thoughtful collaboration.

🦞Beginning July 31, we’re releasing all six collaboration beers in cans and draft, pouring them all week for our Lobster & Friends Tap Takeover at all three Aurora Brewing locations Aurora Brewing Co. aurorabrewcoROC Aurora Brewing Co Syracuse.

🦞At our King Ferry and Syracuse locations, we’ll also be serving special lobster-inspired menus throughout the event, featuring fresh lobster rolls, lobster pizzas, and additional chef-created lobster specials.
