The Town of Volney Historian George Coast will present a program titled: The Ghost of Seneca Hill. Seneca Hill is a community that sits between Fulton and Oswego near Minetto. A tragedy that occurred there that may have caused multiple witnesses to see a frightened female apparition running in the vicinity. A myth or the truth? Come to find out for yourself
